OBJECTIVES FOR TRAINING

• Serve as a primary comprehensive resource in education, research and service to the public,
• Provide local and national leadership in agriculture with emphasis on food security and sovereignty,
• Structure the Institute for maximum effectiveness and continuous improvement in contributing to the University’s complex mission of education, research and technology transfer,
• Maintain an institute environment that is intellectually challenging for Lecturers, staff, students, farmers and, the community and,
• Develop a climate that is supportive of women and men and one that reflects Cameroon’s rich cultural and ethnic diversity.

* Students can access facilities such as the Library, Simulation center, and Teaching Laboratories to facilitate learning.

• Our team of qualified, expert, and enthusiastic departmental members guarantees the delivery of up-to-date knowledge and ensures the professionalism of our programs thereby developing and shaping within the students, vital skills which make them capable of applying elementary as well as advanced knowledge in patient diagnosis and other practical skills promoting their employability and creating more placement opportunities which are necessary for their career.
• Over the years we have also built and maintain a great working relationship with Schools (CUIB, British higher institute, Gulf field, etc.), hospitals, and Healthcare service providers for the Internships for their students not leaving out PAC-LAB HITMS an integral arm of the PAC-LAB Company Ltd which serves as a training ground where our students can master their acts
