OUR HISTORY

Our Founder developing of quality manual for PAC-LAB Company

PAC-LAB HITMS is the brainchild of our almost two-decade-old laboratory, popularly known as PAC-LAB Company. Founded in 2004 by its CEO Mr. Wenfua Sonchifua Peter, with 25 years of experience; Petroleum - Water Analysis and Control Laboratory (PAC-LAB) has and continues to provide quality services in Environmental Control, Sampling and Analysis of Petroleum Products, Sampling and Analysis of Food Products, Sampling and Analysis of Water, Soils, and Sludge, Calibration, Maintenance and Qualification of Equipment, to various government ministries in Cameroon. Namely, the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, Ministry of Mines, Industry, and Technological Development, Ministry of Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development, and several principal clients such as BOCOM INTERNATIONAL, BOCOM PETROLEUM, BUREAU VERITAS CAMEROON, CDC, COLGATE PALMOLIVE, HYDRA, SGS CAMEROON, SONARA, and a host of others. These state-of-the-art laboratories, rich heritage, and services to the nation inspired PAC-LAB HITMS.

By ministerial decree No. 22-01567/N/MINSUP/SG/DDES/ESUP/SDA/aosb of 16 March, 2022, PAC-LAB HITMS was accredited to run as a Higher Institute with the name PAC- LAB HIGHER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT SCIENCES with several programs which have been grouped into five schools namely, School of Engineering and Technology (SENT), School of Business and Management Sciences (SOBUMS), School of Education (SOE), School of Environmental Sciences, Water Engineering and Management (SEWEM) and School of Medical and Biomedical Sciences (SMEBIS).
